All plans are designed and contracted out by Megan Banich. The process of "Work with a Landscape Designer" includes; (1) blank plot plan pdf or image file for the client to draw ideas on, (3) Major Concept Plans, (1) Master Plan, (2) 3D Renderings of the Master Plan. If it is required we talk with your HOA if you have one and make sure everything will pass their inspection. ***Landscape Design Services do require the original house documents / plot plan of your house to get the property line and exact home measurements. If the client does not have the original plot plan they can pay us to measure the entire outside of the property and home for $240, this service is another service called "LANDSCAPE PLOT PLAN", If any plan needs a permit than the client will pay for such permits and time that we spent getting them. *This process usually takes around 2 weeks to complete and requires a DocuSign contract.
