Service Description
A Plot Plan is required to begin the design process. The Plot Plan includes an accurate site layout of your home, existing garden areas, and estimated property lines. The completed document will be emailed to you in PDF format. If you would like underground utilities shown on the Plot Plan, the client is responsible for contacting 811 to have utilities properly located and marked prior to finalization unless otherwise agreed upon.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation Policy is:
In Person Consultations: The client must give us 3 days in advance notice to reschedule or cancel the appointment to receive full reimbursement.
Garden Box's and Tree Delivery's: The client must give us 7 days notice to cancel any Garden Box or Tree delivery services in order to receive a full refund. If you need to reschedule please let us know 3 days in advance.
