Service Description

All plans are designed and contracted by Megan Banich, a certified landscape designer through the New York Institute of Art and Design with a background in regenerative landscaping and soil advocacy. Her training combines technical landscape design education with practical field experience and a strong focus on soil health and long-term land performance. The “Work with a Landscape Designer” process includes: (1) a blank plot plan PDF or image file for the client to sketch ideas and preferences, (3) major concept plans for review and refinement, (1) finalized master plan, and (2) 3D renderings of the approved master plan. If required, we will communicate with your HOA to ensure the design meets community guidelines and passes necessary approvals. If this is required there is a flat fee of $89.99. Landscape Design Services require the original house documents or Magic Beans crafted plot plan to confirm accurate property lines and exact home measurements. If the client does not have the original plot plan, we can measure the full exterior of the property and home for $299.99 under a separate service titled “Landscape Plot Plan.” If any design requires permits, the client is responsible for all permit fees and the time required to secure them. This process typically takes approximately two weeks to complete and requires a signed DocuSign contract prior to beginning work.
