Service Description

A "Plot Plan" is required to start the design process. The Plot Plan includes an accurate Site Plot Plan of your Home, Gardens, and estimated Property Lines. Emailed to the client via PDF. The client is responsible for the 811 Call to notify us where the utilities are if they want the utilities marked on the Plot Plan.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation Policy is: In Person Consultations: The client must give us 3 days in advance notice to reschedule or cancel the appointment to receive full reimbursement. Garden Box's and Tree Delivery's: The client must give us 7 days notice to cancel any Garden Box or Tree delivery services in order to receive a full refund. If you need to reschedule please let us know 3 days in advance.
