A "Plot Plan" is required to start the design process. The Plot Plan includes an accurate Site Plot Plan of your Home, Gardens, and Property Lines. Emailed to the client via PDF. The client is responsible for the 811 Call to notify us where the utilities are if they want the utilities marked on the Plot Plan.
